TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) Tickets purchased within 1 hour of production may only be purchased at the door, we cannot guarantee seat available.
b) Tickets are valid for the specified date and time only. Refunds are not available except in extreme circumstances. A written request must be sent to

c) Carers discount is only valid with a physical copy of carers identification.
d) Any Groupon deals or website discounts are non-negotiable, seating is on a first come first saved basis.
e) Family Tickets: A family ticket admits 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 16).
f) Concessions - concessions are counted as over 65 / carer
a) Garden rooms at Tennants All seating is on one level at The Garden Room at Tenants.
b) Performance Times cannot be exact but we aim to run for approximately 2 hours.
c) AJ productions hold the right to refuse entry to anyone on the following grounds, over-intoxication, abusive language or behaviour or a continuation of disturbance.
d) Photography and videoing of the production is not permitted.
e) Our productions do use Smoke, strobe, Pyros and Special FX.
f) Children under the age of 2 will not require a ticket if they are not using their own seat to watch productions.
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that will govern the relationship between us, AJ Productions and you the Parent/Guardian. It is a legally binding agreement. These Rules are important to maintain standards and to ensure that all members gain the maximum benefit from their membership.
Free Trial – all new starters are eligible for one free trial session. This must be booked and approved in advance.
Fees are divided into termly amounts (£47.50 per 5-week term). Sibling discounted fees will vary.
Class timetables and teachers are subject to change from time to time without notice.
In order to avoid disturbing classes, you and your child are requested to arrive in good time. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before the class is due to start so that teachers can ensure that the class starts on time.
A teacher may, at any time, ask your child to leave a class if he/she is jeopardising the safety or enjoyment of others or their educational experience, in this event. The parent/guardian will be called to collect.
You may terminate this agreement at any time without liability if the tuition the child is offered falls below, on more than one occasion, the standards reasonably expected to be provided. We will cancel the minimum membership period without any further obligation to you.
In the event that you do not make the membership fee payments when due, the right to send the child to attend any sessions will be withdrawn until payment is received and brought up to date. If your account falls into arrears on more than three occasions during any one calendar year we reserve the right to terminate your membership with immediate effect.
We may terminate your membership and discontinue the child's entitlement to attend the Academy in the event of serious or repeated breach of these Membership rules.
This agreement may be terminated if either party is in serious breach of its obligations to the other.
We reserve the right to use any individual or group photographs or movie shots of your child for press or promotional purposes. Where reasonably possible we will ask you to sign a use of image rights form to consent to this usage.
Bullying, harassment, abuse or other inappropriate behaviours by you, your child or guests is strictly forbidden and will result in expulsion and such other legal remedies as may be available.
Smoking and the bringing or consumption of alcohol and the use or being under the influence of illegal substances is not permitted anywhere in our academies.
We reserve the right to make changes to these rules and will communicate any changes to you at the address or email specified. Proof of sending such notice shall be sufficient evidence of receipt.
A four week notice period is required for termination of membership and can only be given in writing to The time of receipt (not sending) shall be the time of commencement of the notice period.
2 weeks gratis is given per year – if the child is on holiday we request 4 weeks notice - this is 2 weeks maximum holiday notice per year (uncharged).
Discounts or reductions cannot be given for sickness or missed sessions outside of the 2 weeks gratis per year. Should your child be sick for more than four weeks, membership can be frozen if a doctor’s note is provided.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
